Baked For You is a Stroud sweet-treat business with a local market following and a permanent home inside Five Valleys.
Our story
From thoughtful gifts to proper counter bakes
Baked For You grew from handmade treats made for birthdays, boxes, markets and local customers who kept coming back for something sweet.
Husband-and-wife team Mandy Turner and Alan Fender built a following around generous blondies, brownies and cookie pies at pop-ups and markets across the Stroud area before opening at Five Valleys Market and Food Hall.

A permanent home in the heart of Stroud
The move to Five Valleys turned Baked For You from a local market favourite into a regular dessert stop, adding freak shakes, waffle pops, warm desserts, iced lattes and colourful coolers alongside the bakes people already loved.
In 2026, the business grew again by expanding into a larger Food Hall space, giving the family more room to develop the menu while staying part of the independent trader community that helped the brand grow.
